It seemed as if the intense rush of loft buying that was going on in late December / Early January tapered off a bit in February. Lots of the closings took place in February. The market is still very strong. For a brief period this winter the area experienced a bit of a seller's market. There were limited choices for many of the buyer's in the market in December - February.
Summer is just around the corner. New lofts are coming on the market every day. We're getting into the busiest real estate time of the year soon.
